AL-HELAL AL JADEED GAS provides PrePaid and PostPaid gas filling services and collects payments via online.

PrePaid Customers

• Customers must top-up their account using their login credentials in our Customer Portal.
• Customers need to select the top-up amount and complete the payment using their credit card./li>
• Once the payment is received, our executive will top-up the account accordingly.

PostPaid Customers

• Monthly bills will be sent to customers periodically and notified via email every month.
• Customers must log in using their credentials in our Customer Portal.
• Customers can view their generated bills and pay the amount using their credit card via online payment.

AL-HELAL AL JADEED GAS will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
