Service Cancellation
- Customers can request cancellation of services before the order is processed or dispatched. Once the service is initiated or the product is delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
- If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where the payment made exceeds the outstanding due amount, and the customer decides to terminate the contract.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the overpayment, along with proof of transaction.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
- Payments made for completed services, including gas deliveries, installations, or maintenance, are non-refundable unless an error is made on our part.
- Subscription-based services or prepaid contracts are not eligible for refunds once the service period has begun.
